The EVO3 Safety Helmet - Wheel Ratchet - Vented is a high-performance industrial safety helmet designed to deliver all-day protection and comfort across a wide range of working environments. An evolution of the long-established MK2 and MK3 helmets, the EVO3 retains JSP's signature styling while incorporating advanced technologies first introduced in the EVO8 range. Manufactured with a tough HDPE shell, the EVO3 has been proven in testing to perform well beyond the requirements of EN 397, offering exceptional impact resistance. The vented design improves airflow, helping reduce heat build-up during extended wear. The helmet features a 6-point textile cradle harness system combined with the Evolution 3D-Adjustment harness, allowing precise fitting through unique 1-2-3 point harness depth settings. Adjustment is achieved via the Revolution Wheel Ratchet, enabling smooth, secure, and accurate fitting. Comfort is further enhanced by the Chamlon sweatband, which includes a cotton core and porous PU coating for maximum sweat absorption. The sweatband is pH neutral and dermatologically tested, supporting comfort during long shifts. The EVO3 Safety Helmet includes universal accessory slots for secure fitting of JSP Surefit safety visors and ear defenders, and offers large branding areas on the front, sides, and rear for company identification.
