The EVOLite� Safety Helmet � Slip Ratchet � Vented � White is a lightweight industrial safety helmet engineered to provide high levels of protection while minimising wearer fatigue. Designed by JSP, EVOLite� combines advanced materials with innovative fit systems to support prolonged use in demanding working environments. Manufactured with a tough ABS shell, the helmet delivers reliable impact protection while remaining exceptionally light, with some models weighing as little as 300g. The vented shell design improves airflow, helping reduce heat build-up and increasing comfort in warm or physically active conditions. The helmet features a textile cradle harness with JSP�s unique 3D-Adjustment� system, enabling 1-2-3 point harness depth adjustment for a precise, secure fit. Adjustment is quick and easy using the OneTouch� Slip Ratchet, allowing the wearer to fine-tune fit throughout the working day while eliminating pressure points. Comfort is further enhanced by a Chamlon� cotton sweatband, designed to absorb moisture effectively during extended wear. Optional dual ventilation at the side and rear of the shell can reduce internal helmet temperatures by an average of 2�3�C. EVOLite� helmets are fully compatible with Sonis� mounted ear defenders, EVOGuard� visors, EVOSpec� safety eyewear, and a wide range of JSP accessories, providing complete above-the-neck protection. Built-in attachment points allow fitment of an optional ID card holder using a clear polycarbonate sleeve with a push-and-slide mechanism. The helmet is certified to BS EN 397:2012 and BS EN 50365:2012, and tested to BS EN 50365:2023 Class 1, making it suitable for construction, utilities, industrial, and site environments where lightweight comfort and certified protection are required.
