Dual adult and child electrode pads allow users to quickly switch between adult and paediatric modes without changing pads. An ambient noise detector helps ensure audible instructions remain clear, while integrated CPR detection and a metronome assist the responder in delivering effective chest compressions.

Daily automatic self-checks monitor the AED’s operational status, battery and pad life, helping ensure the unit remains ready for an emergency. The device can deliver a shock in less than six seconds following completion of CPR, helping minimise interruptions to treatment.

A large internal memory stores rescue information, with straightforward data access and SD card downloading for post-event review.
